Unsatisfying service, horrible experience and last choice.

First of all, the instruction of entrance was not fully considerate. By using Google Map, you will never find the room following the address in the instruction. You will have to go around and to the other side of the building and there is the correct entrance, but this information is not included in the instruction. And NO hoter water in the apartment, with which we couldn't put up!! After strong complaint, household service finally came to solve the issue but in the SECOND day. Besides, the extra deposit requirment is unexpected, compared with other accomodations in Paris. Last but not least, I tried to contact the host to get invoice or receipt, NOBODY answered even weeks after my leaving the apartment. Anyway, this is the very last choice if I come to Paris again.

Appartement pour 6 personnes avec que 4 chaises de disponibles à l'intérieur.... A notre arrivée impossible de trouver l'adresse du parking. L'adresse donnée n'était pas complète nous avons donc essayer de joindre le propriétaire. Nous sommes tombées sur une personne plus que désagréable au téléphone qui ne savait pas où était le parking... Après 30 min a tourner dans les rues, on a enfin trouvé mais il s'avère que le BIP du portail et du garage ne fonctionnait pas. On essaye de joindre encore une fois la personne au téléphone qui nous laisse attendre 40 minutes puis nous dis de ne plus les déranger pour ce soir (un samedi soir). On a passé 48h sans avoir aucunes nouvelles puis on nous dis qu'ils vont venir résoudre le problème. Ils ont certes résolu le problème mais ils se sont permis de rentrer dans l'appartement lors de notre absence sans nous prévenir à l'avance... Je trouve cela plus que déplacé. De plus une caution de 400€ est demandée et débitée au préalable. Je trouve que le délai de remboursement de plus d'une semaine est très long...

Un logement idéalement placé, confortable quand le chauffage fonctionne, mais dur à trouver

L'emplacement est central à Cergy, grand avec trois chambres, à proximité des trois fontaines, du Macdonald... Le logement est propre. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes mais les hôtes ont toujours répondu au téléphone et ont fait de leur mieux pour y répondre.

Le logement est difficile à trouver car les instructions ne sont pas parfaites, et la personne au téléphone n'est pas très aimable. Une fois la porte trouvée (de l'autre côté du bâtiment par rapport à l'entrée qui porte le numéro et le nom de la résidence), il est vrai que le devant de l'entrée du logement sent un peu le pipi de chat, car des voisins s'occupent de chat de gouttières à proximité. L'odeur ne pénètre pas l'appartement donc ça va. Nous avons eu un souci car il y avait une fuite dans les toilettes, dûe au système de chauffage. On a donc eu les pieds mouillés dans les toilettes et pas de chauffage la première nuit (les couettes étaient assez chaudes pour que ce ne soit pas un danger). Un plombier est arrivé le lendemain et le problème a été réglé rapidement, on peut donc saluer la réactivité des hôtes.
