It was all that it was advertised to be. It worked very well to accomodate our family for three nights. All appliances worked well (except for the faucet). The TVs were easy to operate and had all the channels we wanted (we watched mostly sports.) The grounds and outdoor amenities were nice and the area is very beautiful! Hiking the ski mountain was a nice option.
There were some dirty spots in the carpeting. One of the beds sagged a bit in the middle. The electronic faucet in the kitchen was really annoying to operate.

There wasn't any "hosts" --
The quality of the furnishings was very good. We easily accommodated our 8 guests. The kitchen was well equipped for prep and cooking, even with a few spices.
The location was great for travel to multiple locations in the area. Harbor Springs is a really unique town with lots to do.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.
We met a few owners, who stay a great deal of the year in their condo - very friendly.
Only one issue --- two exterior lights were burned out on the narrow path way from the parking area to the stairs to our unit. One of our guests had tripped in the dark, but not a bad fall. We called to report the burned out lights - Pat was very helpful, however, it seemed it wasn't her area of control - so she reported it to the on site team. After 4 days the bulbs had still not been replaced.
