It was clean
The apartment was quite old-fashioned and too expensive. The hot water ran out after one person showered. The bed was broken.

Todo lo que se veía en el anuncio, correspondía con la realidad. Muy buena ubicación (pata nuestro parecer de las mejores zonas de Santa Pola). Piscina mucho más grande de lo esperado y finca amplia y limpia. Habitaciones grandes y menaje de cocina muy completo aunque algunas cosas un poco antiguas
La lavadora no funcionaba y lo descubrimos al intentar ponerla ( por lo que he leído el comentario de la familia anterior les ocurrió lo mismo....) Al contactar con la inmobiliaria, tardaron mucho en darnos soluciones y finalmente tuvimos que ir nosotros 2veces a un autoservicio de lavandetia para poder lavar la ropa (la estancia fue de 11 noches...) , si bien es cierto que nos reembolsaron los costes más algo adicional por el inconveniente causado (pero fue tras insistir mucho por WhatsApp y llamadas....)

We liked the situation with the view from the balcony
My friend had recently had knee operations and could not cope with the stairs leading to the property. Had to use the car to get to the beachfront every day. This was not explained in the brochure. Despite asking for a working washing machine, the machine was not working
