Very cool themed hotel that was well finished with good facilities like the coffee machine which was a nice feature.

Worst experience

Hey, I booked this hotel for two nights, and I’m really disappointed. It’s a shame that Booking.com doesn’t properly verify the location or the reviews, which seem fake. The neighborhood is surrounded by nightclubs and feels unsafe—I even had to call the police three times during my stay. This hotel should not be listed on your platform without proper checks. Overall, I had the worst experience using Booking.com.

Oh here we go ! 1. Located in the red light district ( but described as in centre in description ) 2. No staff - and extremely expensive , even when it rains outdoor you have to check in staying outside at the main door , just imagine you arrive it’s raining and you have to check in under the rain , and if your handy has no battery or internet you won’t get in simply . For this price i find it extremely bad. 3.After the shower you can’t stay in the room because there is no air to breath the room is very small and really fast covered with wet fog . 4. really expensive and reasonless . 5.Loud at nights cos you are in the middle of red light district. 6. No parking lot . 7.No breakfast opportunity . All in all it’s a cheat , they get your money and give you worst possible stay

Go but don’t stay at Flamingo.

The bed was crisp clean and the decoration was well taken care of. Massive smart TV.

The room photos were misleading — they made the space look much larger than it actually was. There was barely any room to move around the bed, and when I did, it became obvious that the floor hadn’t been properly vacuumed. While the geographic location was convenient, there was no prior warning about the loud music from the bars directly below our window. It was nearly impossible to sleep until very late, this room is facing the street with bars. We asked at check-in if any alternative rooms were available. The response felt like a generic auto-reply — no effort was made to check or offer options. We were even willing to pay for an upgrade, which appeared available on the hotel’s website, contrary to what we were told. Be aware that check-out is at 10 a.m. We requested a later check-out due to the poor night’s sleep, but were denied again, without any flexibility or alternatives offered. Overall, for the price, there are likely better places to stay with more honest listings and better guest service.

Great Short Stay in Parrot 1

Check-in is fully digital and worked very well for us. Room was really well designed with great lighting, and lots of extra touches make it that little bit special, like the smart TV and complementary items. Room had a safe that was so well hidden we didn't actually notice until the second day. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. Located a very easy walk into the main city centre and very near to a big U-Bahn station. Staff responded very quickly to queries. All-in-all a great spot for our short stay in Stuttgart.

Parrot 1 is on the ground floor at the back, there are windows but they are onto the rear alley so not much daylight. The hotel was very near to street with late night bars/clubs, we didn't find the street intimidating but it's something to be aware of. The pillows were huge, comfy to lie on but a little tricky to sleep with. Standard check-out was 10am which is a little earlier than most places and we weren't able to book late check-out through Booking.com.

Tolle Lage in guter Laufnähe zur Stadtmitte, vielen Restaurants und Bars. Ist im Leonhardsviertel, daher um die Ecke einige Rotlicht-Betriebe - aber Mann muss nicht durch laufen um zum Hotel zu kommen. War auch nie ein unsicherer oder unangenehmer Eindruck. Einrichtung komplett neu, sogar echte Jalousien an den Fenstern.

Leider nichts.

Ich bewerte wirklich selten schlecht, aber hier muss ich einfach einmal eine ehrlich Bewertung abgeben. Ich habe mich in einem Hotel noch nie so unwohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt mitten auf dem Rotlichtstrich von Stuttgart. Genau neben der Eingangstür, die mit einem Türcode geöffnet wird, verkaufen sich Frauen. Den gleichen Türcode verwendet man dann, um sein Zimmer zu öffnen. Von innen kann man die Tür nicht extra verriegeln. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Flecken auf dem ganzen Boden, Haare mehrfach im Zimmer, im Bad auf dem Bett. Fleckige Handtücher. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, keine Beanstandung am Abend mehr möglich. Am nächsten Tag wurde auf meine erste Mail nicht reagiert. Erst auf meine zweite. Angeblich sollte sauber gemacht sein. Die Flecken waren weg, die Haare nicht. Ich bin als Frau alleine abends im Dunkeln angereist. Ich hatte wirklich Angst. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht günstig. Die Idee dahinter bestimmt nett, die Ausführung absolut nicht. Hier müsste deutlich nachgebessert werden

Ich war absolut begeistert vom Jungle No5! Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und ruhig. Man brauche wirklich nicht viel, da man mit allem bestens versorgt wurde! Das ganze Konzept hat den Besuch besonders entspannend und unkompliziert gemacht.

Katastrophal

Leider wird nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen, dass sich die Unterkunft mitten im „Red District“ befindet. Für eine entspannte Reise absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ebenso würde ich hier niemals als Frau alleine übernachten. Man fühlt sich absolut unwohl. Wenn man stornieren will weigert sich das Hotel - das scheint eine Masche zu sein.

Zentrale Lage (Rotlichtviertel), sicher, neu, bequem, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die Zimmer sind modern und neu, sehr bequeme Betten. Riesen Glotze. (mit Internetzugang) Sehr hübsche Dschungeltapete, zurückgenommene Möblierung, aber bequem. Gutes Badezimmer mit Handtuchheizung. Kaffeemaschine in Zimmer. Lage war für mich gut, da ich in der Nähe meiner Familie unterkommen und fussnah zur Stadt sein wollte. Bus und Ubahn Rathaus in unmittelbarer Nähe Preis (da kurzfristig) sehr günstig. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Lage: im Rotlichtviertel, das sollte man wissen. Ich komme aber aus Hamburg und fand das eher nicht bedrohlich, habe aber als alleinreisende Frau schon darauf geachtet, dass die Haustür hinter mir auch zu ist. Leider kein Frühstück, da wäre der Rewe Bäcker in der Nähe eine Option, leider hat drumrum in den letzten Jahren vieles zugemacht. Leider auch kein Kühlschrank, sonst hätte man Joghurt und Käse/Wurst/Marmelade parken können. Es gab leider ein sehr unbequemes RIESEN-Kopfkissen (80x80x50), das konnte auch nicht getauscht werden. Keine Rezeption, das sollte man wissen, man ging aber sofort ans Telefon und war benüht zu helfen :-) Dafür gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Vasat bir deneyimdi.

Otelin şehir merkezine yakınlığı iyiydi, tek kişilik konaklamalar için belki düşünülebilir. Oda temizdi. Kahve makinesi olması bir avantajdı. İnterneti hızlıydı.

Banyodaki şampuan bile yoktu, duş başlığının biri çalışmıyordu. Kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca temizlik yapılmadı. Bir problem olursa arayın diyordu ama temizlik için arama yapmamıza gerek yoktu bence. Oda o kadar küçüktü ki 2 valiz ile 2 kişinin sığması imkansızdı. Her otelde olan su ikramı yoktu ama şampanya ikramı vardı, gece geç giriş yaptığımız için susuzluk biraz problem oldu. Ayrıca lokasyonu barların ve night clubların yanındaydı, perşembe günü çok sıkıntı olmadı fakat cuma cumartesi gerçekten sesten sürekli uykumuz bölündü. Ayrıca flamingo odaları merdivenlerin hemen yanında ordan bile ayak sesi geliyordu bazen. Tuvalette havalandırma yoktu. Duştan sonra nem uzun süre çok rahatsız ediciydi.

NICHT für alleinreisende Frauen

Leider kann ich zur Unterkunft selbst wenig sagen, da ich als alleinreisende Frau auf Geschäftsreise gar nicht erst eingecheckt habe. Beim Ankommen habe ich gesehen, dass die Straße eindeutig zum Rotlichtviertel gehört. Diese Information war für mich auf Booking.com nicht ersichtlich, daher wirkte die Umgebung für meinen Zweck ungeeignet.

Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass ich abends als alleinreisende Frau zwischen Puffs und Casinos zum Hotel hätte gehen müssen. Die direkte Umgebung fühlte sich für mich unangenehm und ungeeignet für eine Alleinreisende an.

Nicht ganz leicht zu finden, aber dafür ein echter Hingucker, viel Atmosphäre auf wenig Raum.

Das kleine Hotel überzeugt mit einem stimmigen Farbspiel – tiefes Grün trifft auf edles Schwarz und schafft eine urbane Oase mitten in Stuttgart.

Die Suche nach dem Hotel glich einem kleinen Stadtabenteuer – nicht ganz leicht zu finden, aber dafür mit Charakter. Kein Aufzug, dafür echter Altbau-Charme. Alles etwas eng, doch das stylische Interieur macht’s wett.

Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Trip benötigt. Es war sehr sauber, gepflegt und wir fühlten uns im Zimmer sehr wohl.

Im Gang roch es leider ein bisschen nach Rauch (im Zimmer aber gar nicht!!)

Wunderbares kleines Boutique Hotel

Die Lage war super und das Hotel toll mit allen Öffis zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, modern und besonders eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Prosecco für uns auf dem Zimmer - danke

Une expérience inoubliable !

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre à couper le souffle ! La vue sur les montagnes depuis la piscine est tout simplement magique, un vrai havre de paix pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment conquis, c’est la qualité de la cuisine dans son ensemble. Des plats savoureux, généreux, préparés avec soin et passion. Que ce soit le petit déjeuner, les repas du soir ou les petites attentions culinaires, tout était juste parfait. Un vrai bonheur pour les papilles ! Nathalie et Manu sont des hôtes en or : chaleureux, attentifs, disponibles, toujours avec le sourire. Leur accueil fait toute la différence et rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel est également adorable, attentionné et très professionnel. La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir la région tout en profitant du calme. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Die Lage ist in einer Seitenstrasse vom Rotlichtviertel, hier gab es bei Buchung keine Hinweise drauf. Der kleine Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, es hat sehr viele Tauben, welche einen Schlaf bei offenem Fenster verunmöglichen.

Schlaflose Nacht durch üble

Zimmerinrichtung , Sauberkeit und Bettkomfort waren zu meiner größten Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage (Rotlichtviertel- was mir als Nicht-Ortskundiger bei der Buchung nicht bekannt war) brachte eine extreme Lärmbelästigung bis um 7:00 in der Frühe mit sich (wummernde, basslastige Musik die aus den umliegenden Kneipen und Bars-Luftlinie weniger als 10m-mein Zimmer durchdrangen, sowie lautes Gegröle der Menschenansammlungen direkt vor meinem Fenster neben dem Bett, hielten mich bis morgens vom Schlaf ab , ab 8:00 ging der Lärm wieder los. Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab es nicht, Fenster konnte man aufgrund des unsäglichen Lärms nicht öffnen, somit war es sehr stickig im Zimmer und zu warm. Check-out schon um 10:00 und Late-Checkout per Booking.com nicht später buchbar. Nach einer desaströsen Nacht der Punkt auf dem „i“. Schade , dass dieser Aufenthalt in einem sehr schön eingerichteten Hotelzimmer somit völligst überteuert wahrgenommen wurde und mein letzter dort war.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Gegend mit einzigartigem Design und kleinen Extras.

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Jungle Hotel und ich war wieder sehr zufrieden. Das kleine aber süße Hotel ist zentral gelegen und zeichnet sich durch viele Details und Extras aus, wie den Viral Room für Fotos oder die Flasche Sekt im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für mich ab jetzt mein Anlaufpunkt für Kurzaufenthalte in Stuttgart :)

Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, was gerade bei den oberen Zimmern schwierig sein kann. Kriegt man aber hin.
