Great and cosy design apartment

The apartment is great. So cosy and comfy.. It had all the equipment we needed for the stay. Sauna was definitely great! The location is also quite good - close to supermarket. The rooms were quite big and beds were cosy. Nice feature was the air conditioning, coffee machine and the fact that they provided us with few coffees.

For the whole stay (4 days and 5 people) we only got 3 half used toilet paper rolls, which was definitely not enough. On the second day we had to buy more, because the provider told us they do not offer toilet paper top up. This was little disappointing. Also, we were provide with only 3 dishwasher cleaning tablets, which also was not enough. Had to wash dishes by hand a lot. Overally disappointing was also the fact that the kitchen equipment was not really clean. We had to wash it before we used it.

I will not come back and would not recommend it to anyone

The apartment is new, smells like fresh renovation, and has plenty of dishes.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. Several amenities listed in the description were missing: there was no washing machine, no toaster, and no microwave in the apartment, despite them being advertised. The Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, and I was unable to connect during the entire stay. The property’s support team does not respond to messages — I only received automatic replies saying they are “very busy.” I also reported damages I found upon check-in (a broken window and scratched floor), but no one responded. After check-out, €75 was unfairly deducted from my deposit, even though I returned the apartment in the same condition as when I arrived. I documented the existing damages with photos and reported them immediately. I do not recommend this property. I hope Booking.com takes action and stops supporting hosts who behave dishonestly.

Exceptional, will com back again for sure

The location is in quite and nice area very friendly people. It’s a small town but there is super market and bakery and restaurants in the area. 20 minutes far from Halshtat and 50 minutes away from Wolfgang see. New furniture and modern minimal style. Very clean and comfortable beds. Good for group of family and friends. There is AC and full kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Will recommend this for my friends and family.

It is modern and pretty.

Extremely disappointing experience — the apartment was dirty and unprepared. We arrived at the apartment after a long day on the road, only to find it in an unacceptable state. There were no bedsheets, no towels, no toilet paper and everything was extremely dirty — dirty dishes, refrigerator, floors, bathroom, and toilet. It was impossible even to sleep here. We received the door code only around 18:00 and arrived at 19:30, so there was plenty of time to prepare the apartment. However, it clearly was not cleaned at all after previously guests. We were exhausted, hungry, and extremely disappointed. We contacted the property, waited for hours, but no one solved the problem. There was no offer of alternative accommodation or any form of compensation. This situation is unacceptable, and we expect at least a refund for one night.

Moderne hochwertige Einrichtung, ruhig trotz Hauptstrassenlage

Die Wohnung wurde nicht gut gereinigt vorgefunden (Staub unter dem Sofa, Zigarettenkippen auf den Terrassen), Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Kochgeräte) eher dürftig für die Anzahl von Personen.

Krásné, ale špinavé

Ubytování je krásné a nové. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená.

Ještě nikdy jsem nebyla v tak špatně uklizeném apartmánu. Špinavá toaleta, umyvadlo i podlaha pokapané od pasty od předchozích hostů. Špatný úklid je v obrovkém kontrastu s novým designovaným interiérem, ve kterém jsou použité kvalitní materiály. Velká škoda.

Die Nähe zum Skibus, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Wohlfühlatmosphäre, die Terrasse, die Tiefgarage, der Aufzug…einfach top!

Einziges Manko waren die sehr hohen Kissen, auf denen es sich schlecht schlafen lässt.

1. Issue geen streaming met tv, ook na veel, veel contact. Uiteindelijk is de eigenaresse zelf 1 dag voor ons vertrek erbij gekomen en ook zij kreeg dit niet voor elkaar. Dus aan de tv hebben we niets gehad. 2. Deurcode: is zonder ons tijdig te informeren 's-nacht 00:00 uur, Oudejaar op Nieuwjaar, veranderd. We stonden om 01:55 uur bij de buitendeur van ons appartement maar konden er niet in. 01:58 uur gebeld, contact maar we konden niet geholpen worden. Men zou ons, uiteraard, direct terugbellen, want,, het was tenslotte midden in een koude winternacht. Vervolg; GEEN belletje terug!!!!!!!. Uiteindelijk een ook eerder gegeven code op,goed geluk geprobeerd,, lukte. We konden naar binnen! Maar, Uiteindelijk moest ik zelf terugbellen hoe het ons is vergaan. NIEMAND had in de gaten dat wij (nog) teruggebeld dienen te worden!!!!! Waardeloos en wij zijn zeer, zeer teleurgesteld Verwacht e.e.a. van jullie (compensatie....) Ik verneem heel graag jullie reactie!!!

Chybela osobni komunikace. Anonymejsi nez ve Finsku. Ani po telefonu, ani po mailu se nepodarilo zajistit potrebne behem ubytovani. Tato anonymita skodi tak kvalitnimu ubytovani a snizuje uroven pohostinosti. Pro informaci pro spravce : - chybi hrnecky na kavu. 4x nespresso pro 3 osoby na 4 dny, na vanoce kdy je vsude zavreno - uplne spatne umistene wc v koupelne, primo pred sprchou, ve sprse chybi dvere, voda ze sprchy tece po cele koupelne (chyba architekta, doporucuji dvere) - chybi radiator - specialne v zime, neni kde susit veci ani mokre rucniky - chybi stolek u sofy !!! na odkladani cehokoli - dost zavazne - sice hezky ale uplne nevhodny jidelni stul, kvuli pozici noh stolu se u nej neda normalne sedet - upozornuji na konfenzaci vody v jednom okne, voda zateka do mistnosti - chyba vyroby

Schöne Lage, aber schmutzig!!

Die Wohnung war geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Fußbodenheizung hat im vorderen Teil funktioniert, im Hinteren wo die Wohnküche war, leider nicht. Der Fliesenboden blieb kalt obwohl wir das Thermostat einschalteten. Es gab genügend Geschirrspüler Tabs und Kaffeekapseln sowie Essig, Öl, Gewürze. Das Bett war bequem und mit einem Topper ausgestattet.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Am Biden klebten Speisereste und getrocknete Schmutzflecken waren vor allem am Gang. Wir fühlten uns so unwohl, da man ja auch manchmal ohne Socken gehen möchte, das ich diese Wohnung aufgewaschen habe. Ich musste 2x aufwaschen da das Wasser beim 1x tief schwarz war. Leider klebten auch Essensreste an den Schieferplatten Tischsets, dem Schneidbrett auf der Abwasch sowie im Abwaschbecken. All diese Umstände führten dazu, das wir uns nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt haben, denn es blieb ein Unbehagen wo es möglicherweise noch schmutzig ist. Schade das man im Urlaub zuerst Reinigungsarbeiten machen muss um es sauber zu haben. Zum Glück gab es Putzmittel, Wischmop und Kübel, oder vielleicht gab es das aus anderen Gründen?? Ein urgieren mit Fotos brachte nichts, auch keine preisliche Kulanz wurde vorgeschlagen. Es stand das wir schon unseren Urlaub beendet haben und sie daher nichts mehr machen können…. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft aus hygienischen Gründen nicht empfehlen. Sehr schade denn es liegt in der Nähe der Bergstrasse zum Skigebiet. Die angrenzende Straße ist hörbar, wenn das Fenster offen ist, da immer wieder Autos in unterschiedlichen Frequenzen diese Straße befahren.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Nicht gefallen trifft es vll nicht, sondern eher ein Luxusproblem. Aber nachdem die Anschlüsse da sind, könnte man ev. in den Schlafräumen noch einen zusätzlichen Fernseher montieren. Aber wie gesagt, das soll absolut keine Kritik sein.

Tolle Lage, verbesserungswürdiger Service !

Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestatt, alles modern und sehr schön eingerichtet.

Mir gefällt es nicht, dass wenn man eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmer für 2 Erwachsene bucht, standardmäßig nur ein Schlafzimmer herrichtet und das zweite nicht bezugsfähig war!! Man sollte nicht davon ausgehen, dass es sich immer um ein Paar handelt, event. diesen Standard überdenken! Weiters wurde telefonisch Kontakt zu o. g. Thema aufgenommen und danach kam kein Rückruf mehr, sowas verstehe ich leider nicht unter gutem Service! Keine Klima im Zimmer, im Sommer unbrauchbar. Als wir ankamen waren alle Fenster gekippt und ohne Insektengitter hatten wir einige fliegende Mitbewohner was sehr nervig war. Auch hier sollte man so etwas überdenken..

Besonders die Ausstattung und die Aufteilung der Suite hat uns sehr gefallen sowie der Zugangscode für das flotte Ein-und Auschecken.

In den WCs befanden sich leider kein weiteres Toilettenpapier (Bei 5 Personen über 3 Nächte mussten wir eigenes besorgen).

Poloha apt byla dobrá, v blízkosti jezera, hory. v místě jsou obchody i restaurace. Příjemná je terasa. Možnost využít garáže. Velká koupelna, sušák na prádlo, fén, myčka nádobí.

Málo nádobí, nebylo do čeho si udělat kávu. Pro 4 osoby je potřeba více nádobí a hrnků.

Superbe appartement, on a envie de l'acheter !!

J'ai aimé la très grande propreté, la qualité de tous les matériaux, le petit cadeau simple mais qui fait toujours son petit effet (un sachet de jolies pâtes qui donnent envie), la facilité pour se garer et la superbe vue. On a envie d'y rester beaucoup plus longtemps. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ce sera difficile de trouver aussi bien!

نتمنى تحديد رقم المبني في جدولة الاقامة ليتعرف المقيم على المبني بسرعة …. كما نتمنى اضافة تعليمات إضافية بخصوص السكن والمنطقة ،والخدمات والمرافق المتوفرة بالمنطقة السكنية 😍… نتمنى توفير مكرويوف-ماكينة تنظيف - مكواة- اضافة تعليمات باللغة العربية والإنجليزية معا -توضيح طريقة الدخول للكراج عن طريق المرآب …

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gegeben - Sauberkeit war auch mittelmäßig. Kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in der Region aber auch für Bad Mitterndorf super. Allgemein aber eher solala.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht und die Unterkunft ist viel zu teuer. Es war definitiv nicht sauber, alleine beim/unter dem Sofa haben wir rund ein halbes Dutzend Socken gefunden (ohne danach zu suchen. Kinderfreundlichkeit ist nichtz gegeben - war es doch denkunmöglich, Hochsitz oder Babybett aufzutreiben. Auch bei der Ausstattung wurde eher danach getrachtet, dass sie teuer aussieht - Funktionalität war offenbar nebensächlich.

Alpine Suite Spot

Zeer goed geslapen, zeer goede bedden. Apartement is fonkelnieuw. Zeer proper. Grote en fijne douche. Je moet zelf voor ontbijt zorgen (het is dan ook geen hotel).

We kwamen 's avonds laat aan. De code werkte niet (in eerste instantie). Hierdoor de hulplijn gebeld, maar die kon ons niet helpen. Maar wat bleek... het apartementencomplex bestaat uit twee delen (twee verschillende nummers). Maar de hulplijn wist ons dat niet te vertellen. En de nummers stonden ook niet verlicht op de gevels. Door toeval wist een bewoner van het eerste complex de situatie uit te leggen. De code werkte wel in het juiste gedeelte van het complex (het juiste apartement, om de hoek). Ik vind het erg slecht en teleurstellend van een hulplijn die tegen mij zegt dat ze me niet kunnen helpen, zodra de code niet werkt. Ze kennen blijkbaar de situatie van de apartementen complex niet. Ook teleurstellend is dat de nummers niet duidelijker op de gevels staan. Dat had een hoop bellen en ellende bespaart. Ook jammer dat er niemand ter plekke namens het verhuurbedrijf aanwezig is om te helpen. Op afstand kon blijkbaar ook niemand helpen, ondanks de zogenaamde hulplijn.

Velmi příjemný, klidný a útulný pobyt. Doporučujeme!

Ubytování bylo krásné, moderně zařízené na velmi pěkném místě. Pokoj, koupelna i obývací pokoj (s rozloženým gaučem) byly prostorné a útulné. Kuchyň byla velmi dobře vybavená veškerými spotřebiči. Byl to nádherný pobyt.

Úklid byl dobrý, pouze při příjezdu jsme objevili ve skříních odpadky po předchozích hostech. Jedna tableta do myčky na 4 dny pro 4 lidi, nestačila, vzhledem k menšímu počtu nádobí. Kuchyň bychom doplnili o utěrku.

Úžasný červnový víkend s rodinou!

Skvělé umístění apartmánu, který jsme sice chviličku hledali, ale našli. Bydleli jsme v přízemí a naprostá spokojenost. Ocenili jsme možnost parkování v podzemní garáži. To byla velká paráda. Vstupy na kód - člověk nemá pocit, že musí pořád hlídat klíč. Vybavení úplně nové. Strategická poloha pro turistické toulání - vše v dojezdové vzdálenosti. Za nás spokojenost a určitě bychom se vrátili.

Nic, co by ovlivnilo náš pobyt natolik, abychom ubytování nedoporučili.

הדירה נהדרת, חדשה ומרווחת, במיקום מצויין, שקטה ומאובזרת מאד! המיטות נוחןת מאד, תמורהמצויינת למחיר!

כשהגענו הדירה לא היתה נקייה מספיק (כלי מטבח, מגירות וחלק מהרצפה). היה מעט מאד נייר טואלט שלא הספיק לשבוע של שהייה. כמו כן שקיות זבל או מטליות למטבח שנאלצנו לקנות בעצמנו. כשפנינו במייל המענה היה איטי מאד ולא עשו עם זה כלום. עם זאת נהננו מאד!

Nové prostorné apartmány s podzemní garáží, vstupní kód do domu, výtah. Vkusné zařízení, velmi pohodlné postele. Velký balkon. Sauna součástí apartmánu. Kávovar na kapsle.

Málo úložných prostor pro oblečení. Nedostatek toaletního papíru, málo kapslí do myčky, žádné papírové utěrky, málo nádobí (malé misky, šálky na kávu). Chyběly žaluzie nebo klimatizace, bylo vedro! Nepraktické malé odpadkové koše v koupelně bez pytlů. Zlepšit úklid.

Apartamento nuevo y amplio en zona muy tranquila cerca de los Lagos

Está en un pueblo muy tranquilo, cercano a la zona de los Lagos pero no turístico como Hallstatt o Bad Ischl. Puedes desayunar viendo las montañas de fondo y sin ruido. Está cerca de varias montañas y lagos preciosos de visitar. El apartamento es muy amplio, muy nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días tanto en verano como en temporada de esquí.

En Booking se da a entender que el apartamento tiene lavadora, pero ésta realmente está en un sótano, al cual se accede con clave. La clave de mi apartamento no funcionaba e intenté contactar con Keyone varias veces y no conseguí obtener la clave, por lo que no pude usarla.

المكان نظيف جداً ومريح، ويوفر جميع الاحتياجات، حتى المطبخ كان مجهز بالكامل. كل شيء كان على مستوى ممتاز، أنصح به بشدة. الموقع رائع، وقريب من كل شيء، والمواقف مجانية. المكان هادئ جداً ومناسب للعائلات، ويوجد تكييف جيد وإنترنت سريع. الموظفون كانوا متعاونين ولطيفين، وسهولة تسجيل الدخول والخروج كانت مريحة جداً.

Eine sehr schöne und top ausgestattete Unterkunft mit kleineren Schwächen

Ausstattung: Qualitativ sehr hochwertige Möbel und umfangreiche Ausstattung (auch Kindergerecht, da abgeschliffene Kanten und keine unnötige Deko). Klimaanlage vorhanden. 2 Tiefgaragenplätze für die große Suite + 3 weitere wenn frei. Check-in: Sehr unkompliziert vorab über ein gutes Webportal, wo man den Code für den Zugriff erhält Lage: Top Lage zum Ödensee, wie auch zum Grundlsee und Altausseer See. 2 Thermen in unmittelbarer Nähe

Ausstattung: Der (einzige) Kopfpolster war zu hoch und zu hart, habe ohne geschlafen. Eine Außenrollo anstatt den Verdunkelungsvorhängen wäre ein nettes extra gewesen. Gerschirrspülsalz und Klarspüler waren leider leer. Das WLAN Passwort in der Gästemappe war nicht korrekt (das im online Portal dann aber schon). Sauberkeit: Es wurde grob gesaugt. Leider wurde beispielsweise das Geschirr und die Oberflächen nicht kontrolliert, wodurch noch benutztes und nasses Geschirr der vorherigen Personen im Regal eingeräumt waren. Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon wurde nicht entsorgt. Schade eigentlich, da es nicht zu diesem gehobenen Segment passt.
