Dobře vybavený prostorný apartmán, přátelské přijetí a okamžitá pomoc při nemoci dětí, které potřebovaly výměnu povlečení. Komunikace Kitty v angličtině. Parkování přímo u domu. Výborná lyžárna (případně úschovna kočárku nebo kol). Pozornost ve formě kávy a jablek.
Chybělo umyvadlo v horním patře na WC, nastavování teplé vody ve sprše, nefungoval odtok vody ze sprchy. Škoda, že nebyl sníh na stopy v údolí. Za sněhem se muselo vysoko do hor.
