L'appartamento è centralissimo, con una bella entrata e anche la sicurezza. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e arredato con cura. C'è l'ascensore, ciò che non è sempre evidente in Portogallo. Sono stata molto bene e cosiglio molto la struttura.
Non mi è piaciuto il pannello per controllare aria condizionata (che pero c'è) e le luci. Mancano un tavolino e due sedie nel balcone. È peccato perchè dal sesto piano la vista è bellissima.
