Limpeza e conforto
O Recepcionista estava com péssima vontade de atender, ao fazer uma pergunta simples de onde era o estacionamento além de não conseguir explicar direito, revirando os olhos para trás e não deixando eu falar, pegou um papel e começou a fazer um desenho como se estivesse falando com uma criança. Achei a atitude de uma imaturidade enorme, desrespeitoso, e apenas não cancelei a reserva pois já estava feito o pagamento e após 6 horas de viagem estava cansado de mais para pensar nisso.
