About this house rental

Located in one of the best condominiums in Itaipava, Petropolis, this large and bright 4 bedroom villa with heated pool, sauna and gourmet area offers incredible views of the mountains. The entrance of the condominium is only 300 meters from the main access to Itaipava: you can live incredible moments of tranquility with easy access to all the infrastructure of shops, malls and restaurants in the area.

The design of the house fully exploits the beautiful view: infinity pool integrated to the panoramic sauna, balcony in all suites, plus two terraces next to the two large rooms, one on each floor. The complete kitchen integrated to the dining room is an invitation for those who enjoy practicing the art of cooking. The gourmet area strategically located between the kitchen and the leisure area is perfect to enjoy barbecue or pizza with the family having everything always at hand.

And you don't have to worry about anything else: towels, bedding, kitchen utensils ... We have everything available. All suites have hot / cold air conditioning, ensuring comfort in both summer and winter. Our home is ready to welcome you and your family!
