Very spacious and clean annexe. Access to decked fenced private patio although weather,meant we did not use this. Well equipped kitchen. Super comfy bed and bedding. Light and bright interior, with good heating plus woodburner. It is quite far out from town centre so need a car especially for walk back which is uphill
As previous reviews state shower is not right. Went on advice from owner but still shower went intermittently cold to scalding hot. If this was fixed it would simply be the perfect place
A few logs for woodburner would've been good. We bought some down in town, but having a few as a starter would be helpful.

It was comfortable, well equipped, quiet location and was just what we wanted. Also lovely comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
The only downside was the shower, it wasn't very good. But we have since discovered that the owners are aware and dealing with it.

Very spacious and comfortable living area and we appreciated the bread, milk and goodies that were provided. Perfect location for visiting family in Morpeth.
The shower pressure was a little low but we knew that beforehand and it was not an issue for us.
