Boka view Heritage Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — the beach is just a short walk away, which made our days very relaxed, especially with kids. We also liked the local Banja Bar nearby — nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good drinks with a sea view. A pleasant spot to end the day. A practical tip for other guests: we can recommend the boat transfer to the airport — it was convenient, quick and a beautiful ride across the bay, a great way to finish the vacation. The apartment was clean and comfortable, everything as described. We would gladly come back. Recommended!

Beautifully positioned spacy apartment, equiped with everything needed for relaxing vacation. Clean and 2 minutes from the sea. Close to the Old Town and sea walkway.

Natalia is a perfect host. Kind and supportive. The flat is lovely, cosy and has everything that you need. It is not just a flat, it is a real home. Charming. The location is absolutely a jackpot because the sea is just couple of steps away and old town also. Perfect location. The seaview from the windows is breathtaking. There are variety of beaches and nice restaurants too. Everything is so close. What can I say? The best stay in Herceg Novi? Definitely! We loved it.

Nothing. Parking is not easy. I suggest Parking Skver. Not cheap but we always found free slots and it is very near to the flat. We have a big overlanding pickup truck and we were able to park there without no problem.

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und super gelegen – ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer, man muss nicht mal über die Strasse, einfach ein paar Treppen runter. Am Morgen sind wir jeweils gemütlich mit dem Kaffee an den Strand runter. Am Abend ist man zu Fuss schnell in der Altstadt – dort gibt’s alle Läden und Restaurants. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten im historischen Teil von Herceg Novi liegt, ist es drinnen total ruhig. Das Haus ist alt, mit dicken Mauern und hohen Decken, alles schön renoviert im Retro-Stil. Die Einrichtung ist top, es hat wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. In der Küche und im Wohnzimmer hat es bequeme Sofas. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer: eines mit Etagenbett für die Kinder, das andere mit einem grossen Doppelbett und grossen Schrank. In der Stube sogar ein Klavier! Draussen gibt es einen kleinen Vorplatz, ein Patio-Gärtli – perfekt für gemütliches Sitzen im Freien. Aber das Highlight ist ganz klar: die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist einfach genial! Parkplätze gibt’s leider nur öffentliche, da wir aber in der Nebensaison da waren, war das kein Problem. Ein Parkticket haben wir beim nächsten Kiosk für 4 Euro pro Tag gekauft. Eigentlich braucht man das Auto in dieser Lage gar nicht – nur für Ausflüge in die Berge oder weiter weg entlang der Küste. Die Gastgeberin war mega freundlich, hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und war immer erreichbar. Wir sind total zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
