CBD Studio3 next to Sun Plaza Real City Center!

Great location! Next to little India and sun plaza, the good coffee place next door is also a plus! Incheck procedure was very clear and easy. Contact with the host was really good! The apartment is well maintained, clean, comfortable and spacious.

The place is clean and comfortable. The stairs to the third floor are a bit steep, so you need to be more careful when you go down along with your luggage. I like how it's a walk away from Sun Plaza, so we avoided heavy traffic which usually happens during the weekend whenever we go there. I like to order from grabfood a lot, so having utensils, bowls, and a sink to wash them is a plus. Definitely would come again for our staycation 😆

Hige apartment with great facilities. Washing machine, kitchen with filtered water, refrigerator, aircon and fans with a balcony.

Steep stairs

Location is great, apartment is really big, easy communication via whatsapp. Washing machine is a great bonus (incl. detergent)! Hairdryer, iron, kettle, ac working really well. Overall really comfortable place to stay!

Beware that there's many narrow stairs to climb with luggage. The bathroom and kitchen have no ac. Chairs on the balcony are children size, not suitable for adults. Bathroom walls could do with a good clean, stained and long hairs from previous guests. Bedroom and bed were really clean.
