CBD Studio2 at Next to Sun Plaza Mall!

Very spacious and modern apartment. It had all the appliances one might need and more. The value was very good and easy check in.

I don’t really have anything negative to say about the apartment. The only improvement point I could think of is that it would be nice if toilet paper would be provided.

Great location on a main street, right next to a shopping mall with plenty of local eateries nearby. The unit is clean and well maintained. The actual unit is as the pictures. I was initially a bit concerned about the bathroom, as many in Indonesia are “wet bathrooms” where water from the shower tends to spread to other areas. However, a proper enclosed (and clean) shower curtain was installed, which effectively kept the shower area contained and the rest of the bathroom dry. This was a great touch. The host’s communication was excellent; prompt, clear, and very helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out instructions were also straightforward and easy to follow.

Nothing. But if I had to be picky, the bedroom door has a small gap between the door and the frame, which could allow someone to peek into the room. That said, each unit occupies the entire floor, so it still feels very private overall. For anyone particularly concerned, placing a small cloth over the top corner of the door easily blocks the gap.

Excellent location with just 2 mins walk from sun plaza mall. About 5 mins drive to many popular food and massage spots. Room was big, spacious and cozy

Sound proof is almost zero. There’s some renovation work going on with hammering noise start as early as 9-10am on 2nd day morning. Noise from the street can be heard clearly and some noise from rooms opening. I personally is a deep sleeper but my last night sleep wasn’t that great as someone was hitting the metal poles just outside the apartment several times so loud that I got a shock. Between 3am - 5am there was 2 times of the loud multiple hitting of the metal pole. About 6am - 7am there’s some hammer knocking noise within the apartment.

Really comfortable well managed. The check in is very well organized and clear, step by step with photos. The hosts communicate via WhatsApp very efficiently. The place is just amazing. It is a huge room very well and thoughtfully equipped. The location is superb.
