    The room was not in good condition at all. There were dampness/moisture on the walls, lights were not functioning properly, even cleanliness was not there in the bathroom, also they didn't even cared for maintainance. The worst part of the whole experience with this hotel is they denied room service even for water, when I asked for Cutlery they said "A few guests had broken the cutlery in the past that's why we do not give that" ok I understand but water? How can any hotel/staff denies for water to the room.. Though this all happened around the checkin time, later the manager came to the room apologizing and explaining that the other staff does not have any authority. Still I'm giving 3 star to this just because of the manager who arrived late but greeted us well and asked for apology.

    The staff, hotel location, the cafeteria and view from hotel all are superb and food is also much tastier. The only thing where they lack is toiletries. All staff members Siddhanth, Leena and Astha are polite friendly and cooperative. Also Aishu and Kapish have much soulful voice with full of melody

    I had a wonderful stay at this property in Jibhi. The staff was incredibly hospitable, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jibhi. Overall it’s definitely worth checking out!
