    We had booked a superior room but they gave us a standard room intentionally. We found that out later on and when we told them this during the checkout they lied blatantly that no that was the superior room then later they apologised and accepted. Anyways rest was alright.

    This was my second stay at Pack Shimla, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Over our 3-night stay, we encountered multiple issues that completely ruined our trip: Unresponsive Staff: We raised multiple complaints during our stay, but the staff repeatedly ignored us and failed to respond in a time-sensitive manner. Room & Amenities: The Wi-Fi connectivity was incredibly poor. Additionally, we faced water issues in the washroom, and basic toiletries were completely missing from the room. Poor Food Quality: The food was entirely tasteless. Breakfast was a major letdown, with the sole exception of the tea. As returning guests, we expected much better standards. We will not be enjoying another stay here until management seriously improves their service and property maintenance.
