Standard Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We target a response time for general inquiries within 24 business hours. (Inquiries received over weekends/holidays are processed the following business day).
24/7 Support: Confirmed in-house guests will always have direct access to our 24/7 emergency contact line.
Rental Requirements & Strict House Rules
To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for our neighbors, we strictly enforce the following policies:
Rental Agreement: To respect our neighbors' quiet enjoyment, the primary guest must sign a formal electronic Rental Agreement and provide a valid Photo ID within 48 hours of booking to avoid automated cancellation.
Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Occupancy & Visitors: Every person on the property must be officially registered on the reservation. Unregistered outside visitors require prior written host approval and must depart by 10:00 PM to comply with local noise ordinances.
Zero Tolerance: Violations of occupancy, unauthorized parties, smoking of any kind inside the home, or noise ordinances will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
Travelers with Children: We love hosting families! Please reach out to us directly to discuss increasing the maximum occupancy limits for your children.
Pet Policy
Approval Basis Only: While our default preference is a pet-free environment, dogs and cats may be considered on a case-by-case approval basis prior to booking.
Fees & Requirements: If an exception is made, guests must provide vaccination/medical records. A $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal and an additional refundable security deposit will apply. Stays with two or more approved animals require a mandatory weekly cleaning fee.
