Great location on a large lot. The house was comfortable enough, not AC but the PNW doesn't always see the temps that we had that week. Could have used another fan for those days as the one upstairs was broken but functional.
The kitchen could use some organizing. There seemed to be an overabundance of some cooking supplies and not enough bowls. I would suggest you bring whatever you need other than cookware as the only "basics" like salt and pepper seemed to be things others left.
