Welcome to Picasso’s Nest, our brand-new apartment located on the 20th floor of the "Murano Centro" condominium, where you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the Caribbean Sea! Featuring warm and unique decor inspired by the work of Pablo Picasso, we've designed this space to offer a truly distinctive experience for guests who appreciate art and attention to detail. This apartment includes everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the stunning beach just one block from the building! High-speed internet connection at 300 Mbps is provided. The fully equipped kitchen, combined washer-dryer, water heater, comfortable living room with air conditioning and sofa, dining area for four, and a balcony with a table (insulated cooler to maintain temperature), as well as handcrafted rocking chairs, all invite you to enjoy breakfast, a glass of wine, or a great coffee while taking in the spectacular view! The main bedroom features a queen bed, 43" smart TV, streaming services, air conditioning, closet, and a full bathroom. An independent study area includes a sofa bed with a padded topper for extra comfort, a 60" smart TV, streaming services, and air conditioning. There is also a full bathroom in the social area. We provide pillows, white bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Our apartment is ideal for both short and long stays. Enjoy a sustainable and efficient environment, where you can reduce energy consumption and contribute to environmental care.
