No visitors, no changes or additions of guests are allowed, only people registered at the time of reservation may enter. Not included in the rate: $20,000 ($5) per guest, corresponding to a bracelet that identifies them as guests of the building. To comply with the provisions of Resolution number 0409 of March 23, 2022 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, all guests must provide: - full name - identification (identity card for Colombian citizens and Passport for foreigners) - nationality - city of residence and/or origin authorizing the processing of personal data and accepting the terms and conditions of the provider.

Live responsibly and comfortably in this accommodation full of innovation and technology! This apartment has a modern hotel-type energy saving system. Upon arrival you will be sent the key to open a safe where the card that opens the lock and activates the power supply is located. If you lose the card you will have to pay a fee of 60 dollars.
• Pool: open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday from 1:00 pm for maintenance (if it is a holiday it is done on Tuesday). • Gym: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. • Coworking: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. • Turkish bath: relax and enjoy the pool during the same hours. • Terrace/bar: from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. to enjoy the view and the good times.
