Welcome to your new home near the Parque de la Emperatriz María de Austria, a peaceful green space perfect for walks and enjoying nature in Madrid. This studio is ideal for a stay, with capacity for up to 2 people.
It features a double bed in a loft and a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and feel at home. The living area, where you’ll find a television, is designed to make the most of the space, offering you comfort during your stay. It also includes a TV in this area for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The apartment has a split air conditioning system for heating and cooling, so you stay comfortable all year round. Additionally, towels and shampoo gel are provided so you can travel light.
Located just 1 minute from the metro stop, this apartment is an ideal place to make Madrid your home. Please note it is on a basement level (-1) and has been recently renovated to maximize space.

The nearest metro station is Abrantes, just 125 metres away.Transit stop Plaza Elíptica is a 12-minute walk away.The nearest garage is: Garaje Parking, C. Julia Nebot, 4 to 15 minutes walk away.If you come by car, you can park for free in the surroundings of the apartment, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to go and where to park.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
