The staff was really helpful and friendly, the roof terrace was nice and the location was great.
It’s nice that they are eco friendly by only using solar energy to heat the water but… that also means that you don’t have hot water all day long. Also the floor was not clean (my feet were immediately dirty from below when I only walked through the room two times) and there was mold around the shower. But the rest was clean.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, el lugar es cómodo, está bien ubicado y tiene una muy buena relación precio–calidad. El hostal está bien equipado y la mayoría del personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me sentí a gusto durante mi estadía y definitivamente volvería. De hecho, ya lo he recomendado a algunos amigos que están viajando a Arequipa porque me pareció una muy buena opción.
La experiencia fue muy buena, solo en algunos momentos la atención de una chica del staff fue un poco distante.
