The holiday home is located on the edge of a forest, so guests have direct access to beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The natural surroundings offer many opportunities for relaxation and recreation in the fresh air, with numerous trees.
Despite its proximity to nature, the property is only a few minutes' walk from the lively village centre. Here, visitors can enjoy cafés, restaurants and quaint boutiques

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
