The Space:
Palmarena Penthouse welcomes you to an air-conditioned contemporary layout that seamlessly connects the living room, with stylish & cozy furniture, a large flat-screen Smart TV, the dinning area that sits up to 6 guests & a fully equipped kitchen. All spaces overlooking the lazy river pool & coconut palm trees through huge ceiling to floor windows that perfectly showcase the tropical views.
The first floor also features 3 bedrooms;
The master bedroom offers a dreamy king-size bed, AC, blackout shades & a private attached full bathroom. The bedroom also overlooks the beautiful lazy river pool and the palm trees, delivering a tropical ambient, even from your bedroom.
The second and third bedroom each offer a comfortable queen-size bed, AC, blackout shades & closet space.
The second floor of the penthouse features two spaces. The interior space offers a family room with large and comfortable furniture, a flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for movie nights, board games & a half bathroom. The second space is an outdoor terrace with plenty of sitting areas, a hammock, BBQ & a large Connect 4, perfect for spending quality time with family & friends. You can enjoy mountain, ocean and pool views from around the outdoor terrace.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all amenities inside of Aquatika Beach Resort, including the beautiful beach, the water slide pool, lazy river pool, heated pool, the jacuzzis, mini golf, gazebos, tennis, basketball & beach volleyball courts as well as to all areas inside of the penthouse at no extra cost if you book with us.
IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION
Guests must provide all the first and last names of people in their party upon confirmation of the reservation. Guests included on the list are covered with the community's resort passes.
Only registered guests on Airbnb's platform and provided to us may enter the complex. No other family, friends, colleagues, associates, or any external visitor may enter the complex. Aquatika's administration and security are very strict on this rule.

Located only 30 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, accessible through a scenic route following the ocean line or a modern expressway, in the town of Loiza. Away from the noise and hustle of the city but within minutes of shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as El Yunque Rainforest & Luquillo Beach.

This place was immaculate! Spacious, gorgeous views, plenty of amenities and more. Nearby beach was beautiful, property well maintained and clean. Miguel was a great host and responded quickly. We had a blast! Great family resort and lots of things for kids to do!

A very enjoyable experience. The resort was great, with wonderful pools, hot tubs, and beach area. Great location for families. The kitchen, baths, and furnishings were nicely/recently updated in the condo. There are a couple of minor notes such as the seating being limited for a family of four in the main living area, the kitchen cooking supplies being on the minimal side, and sliding doors on the upper patio being difficult to opperate....but nothing that significantly detracting from the overall experience. Communication and support from the host was outstanding!!! Overall, I would recommend this location and return again.

The penthouse was beautiful.We took full advantage of the pools and hot tub!!We also loved the direct access to the beach.The only issue was lugging the suitcases up and down. And one night of no running water. Thankfully everything resumed by the morning.
