It is a 21 square meters apartment with a living room, and a double confortable couch bed, a shower in the room and toilets separated.
We provide fresh towels, bed linens.
It has free wifi.
The kitchen has all modern equipment with fridge, cooktop, microwave/grill and coffee machine.
Shower and a separate room for toilets. Body gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. There are a hairdryer and an iron with an iron board.
To put your clothes and personal belongings, there is a wardrobe.
The flat has been fully refurbished end of 2019/2020.

On the 7th of a beautiful building, with 2 secured doors before the access to the flat. Access with a code

You will love to walk in the Champs-Elysées, and the most pretty avenues of the world located 3 minutes walking distance.
With a lot of Hotels Particuliers, you will be in the safest part of Paris.
Close to 17th/8th arrondissement you will appreciate the good atmosphere in this old and typical streets.
Around the apartment you will also find many cafes, shops, public parks, traditional bakeries, ... All this accessible by walking distance ! As the apartment is located in a good transit neighborhood, you have a quick access to the city center.

The accommodation is 5 minutes walking distance from Porte Dauphine on line 2 and 5 minutes walking distance from Argentine on line 1 and Porte Maillot RER C .

From the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport: RER B until Chatelet then RER C until Porte Maillot
From Orly airport: You have the bus line 1that go directly on the Place de l'Etoile or Blablabus to Paris Trocadéro
