Open plan , with all new designer furniture throughout. New bed with comfy mattress and high end linens. Our newly updated kitchen with everything you could possible need for a comfy short or long stay.
Please note that the washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building and is communal and coin operated.
You will have one designated parking spot in a gated parking garage. Please note that this spot is best for compact - midsize vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
Please note this is NOT a party house.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the property, on the balcony, or near the building. Subject to $500 fine.
Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM every day. Please consider another listing if you are wanting to party or have gatherings with more than 4 people.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo/video shoots or other business use.
NO PETS - our cleaner is very allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal/comfort animal
