What an amazing property for a large group. It was very well equipped and had tons of space to gather in large groups. The exact kind of property I look for, for an annual guy's trip. Plenty of parking, beds, bathrooms, sofas, dining space, outdoor space, etc. Lots of luxury features that made our stay very enjoyable. Do mind the noise curfew though, it's very strict, 7pm - 7am. There are neighboring houses quite close, one overlooks the back outdoor space. The neighborhood is easily accessible, right off the highway, but not immediately near any food or shopping. It's pretty hilly though, mind that in winter. A couples miles up the road there is a large grocery store and some restaurants. 15-20 minutes from downtown Park City and maybe 35 minutes from SLC airport. Will be hard to top this property for next year's trip!

This house was amazing! Beautiful and clean! We loved this house and would definitely stay again in the future. Plenty of space and lots of things to keep the kids and adults entertained and having fun!

This house was even more beautiful than the pictures! We had a group of 11 and fit comfortably in all of the common areas of the house. The host was extremely responsive and flexible with early check-in and late check-out.
