All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. Relax in the living room with the Smart TV, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, or unwind on the outdoor balcony.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the townhouse, including a private parking bay (height limit of 2m). The common areas include a pool, spa, and barbecue facilities. A four-digit access code will be provided for self-check-in.

Located in vibrant Northbridge, the townhouse is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bars, and cultural spots, such as art galleries and museums. CHECK-IN TIME
- from 3 pm onwards.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
PLEASE BE NOTED: Tiling works will carry out from March 3rd and shall be completed on April 2nd, 2026. It will start from the entrance of the building up to the 1st floor only. This is to improve the building interior to maintain the best guest experience.
