Relax and enjoy this cozy luxury cottage which is located 600 feet away from the Rockaway Beach and Boardwalk. This beautiful property offers the best of both worlds, the excitement of city life and tranquility of suburban life. This property is conveniently situated one block away from the “A” train to Manhattan and half a block away from the Q22 bus to Brooklyn. We are located 25 minutes away from the JFK airport. This property has two bedrooms with 1 king size bed and 3 twin size beds to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.
In the backyard you will be immersed in tranquility. Guest will have access to a large gas grill for barbecuing and a fire-pit for s’more’s with the kids. Let’s not forget the stunning front patio with elegant glass railings.

★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our home as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine covers additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.

Please note that mail delivery services are unavailable. Guest will not have access to the mailbox.
