Property is clean and quiet. I loved that it was situated right outside the pool gate so you basically open the patio door and then a few steps to the gate/door for the pool. I was there over Memorial Day and was pleasantly surprised by how few people were there. I actually had the pool all to myself one of the days. Introverts will love this place. The unit is decorated nice, matching the exterior and the area. The bathroom is fabulous, boasting a large jetted tub, two pedestal sinks and large mirror. The lighting in the bathroom is adequate for makeup application, and there is a magnified makeup mirror handy on the wall. For you curlies, there is a hair dryer that includes a diffuser, so you won't have to pack yours. Something I wish I'd have known. Bonnie is quick to reply to messages. I had tried all the light switches, but none turned on the ceiling fan. I messaged Bonnie and she replied within a couple of minutes. (FYI. The middle switch above the table lamp controls the fan. Turns out I had to climb on the table to reach the pulls as someone must have pulled them instead of using the wall switch. )The refrigerator is small and would be perfect for this place, but it will freeze your veggies and other things. I bought a big salad thinking I could eat from it for several days, but the 2nd day my egg, cucumbers and tomatoes were frozen. The lettuce wasn't edible either. Just a heads up. Not everything froze. It was perfect for drinks and some dip. Plan to eat out a lot

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a high schooler graduation. The location was perfect. I really enjoyed the property for my walks!

The AC was great (temps were hot). Grounds were beautiful, everything about the room was as described and great.
