Really nice condo! Does have 12 steps to go up to reach the door but other than that the place was clean, well stocked, ice maker and water dispenser in fridge. Sugar, Splenda,Equal, k cups, tea, powdered creamer, oatmeal and misc items in fridge from previous guests. Great shower, tons of towels, hygiene products, hair dryer, lots of room in the bathroom. Little closet off kitchen area has pool towels, a styrofoam cooler, pool noodles, camping chairs, games, etc. Bed was comfy with black out curtains. Lots of hangers in the big roomy closet. The stackable washer and dryer is tucked away in the bedroom. Washer works great. Dryer was not working at the time but Troy let us know that ahead of time. He gets back to you in a timely manner and answers his phone when you call. Loved sitting on the covered balcony having morning coffee watching people in the pool. The adult only pool was refreshing and not crowded. It was such a great stay
