Welcome to the Only Building in North Wildwood Where you can Stay Oceanfront, on the Boardwalk -a 10 Story High Rise Oceanfront `Elevator` Building w/ Breathtaking Ocean Views. There is an Elevated Pool & Very Large Pool Deck. This Pool Deck Level Unit has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & Sleeps Up to 8 People. Condo has sliders to your private patio on the pool deck.

Master Bedroom - Queen + Trundle w/ two twins + Smart TV + Ensuite Bathroom
2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds + Double Futon + Smart TV
Washer/Dryer
Ceiling Fans in each room
Dining Room that seats Six
Large Living Area with Plenty of Seating and Smart TV
Kitchen with Electric Stove and Dishwasher
Large Sliding Doors to Patio on Pool Deck
-The premises are not available to `groups` or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement & provide a copy of a government-issued ID.

We had a wonderful stay. It was great to do the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. Location is convenient to everything we had planned during our stay. Already planning for next year!
