**Note:
-The Game Room is located 2 flights down in the semi basement with futons that can be converted to Twin BED.
-In addition, we also have a QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS with built in pump.
-We have extra pillows, blankets, and towels stored in the master bedroom closet.
- The Main Unit is located on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms.
- Game room/4th room is located in the basement which can be accessed from the first floor. The basement door is marked up with a black sticker.
-The house has two units. The other unit has a completely separate entrance from the hallway, so there’s no overlap with guests.

•Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
•No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
•Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

In short, this property was accurately listed, clean, and had everything we needed for 5 girls. The location was great, a short uber ride to downtown JC, or just a train ride or uber ride over to Manhattan. Having parking was crucial in this neighborhood as the street is very tight d/t street parking on both sides, would not recommend visiitng this location if you need to take multiple cars. The only negative I have is that this host did not provide check in or out instructions. Both times I had to contact her for some direction, I will say the host was lovely and answered the phone promptly and was very helpful, but I think the listing may need to be updated with more direct information as to what is expected for check in/out.

We were 2 families total of (8) ppl -Felt property should be advertised for (6) not (8) as the games room is (2) levels below main apartment and had a moldy smell it was mot a place to have people sleep in. Main apartment was nice but we were cramped and left after one night. Property manager was efficient and very responsive when we notified of our disappointment in games room conditions. The place is better suited for (6) ppl.
