This all first floor apartment is set above a garage in the grounds of the owner's home 4 miles from Oswestry and sleeps two people in one bedroom.
The Wynnstead Annexe is a first floor apartment set above a garage in the grounds of the owner's home, four miles from Oswestry. The apartment is an ideal romantic retreat which sleeps two people in one bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. Travel cot and highchair on request (please note, bedding is not provided for travel cot). There is also an open plan living area which has a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is a private patio area with furniture. A short walk from the property takes you to the local pub and the Montgomery Canal. The Wynnstead Annexe is a pleasant base.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request (please note, bedding is not provided for travel cot). Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry no pets. No smoking. Shop 12 mins walk, pub 7 mins walk. Note: Sloped ceilings throughout. Note: The apartment is accessed via an external staircase.

Historic houses and castles with beautiful grounds locally include Chirk and Powis Castle, Erddig and Attingham Park, or visit the nearby market town of Ellesmere, once described by Alan Bennet as ‘Shropshire’s Lake District’. Further afield lies the Welsh mountains and coast and picturesque Lakes Vyrnwy and Bala, while the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge, Medieval Shrewsbury and Roman Chester are also within driving distance.
