About this house rental

Beautiful recently remodeled 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home in the heart of Naples Island. Naples is a quaint friendly community with plenty of waterfront walking paths, nearby beaches, and 2 yacht clubs close by. But it’s also close to attractions such as Disneyland (30 minutes), Knott’s Berry Farm (25 minutes), Dodger Stadium (40 minutes), as well as the Long Beach attractions such as Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary, and Long Beach Museum of Art.
Enjoy the Annual Holiday Boat parade and beautiful holiday decorations in December. Free street parking is abundant.

This beautiful and charming home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs. A pack/play is available for an infant/toddler. Two umbrella strollers are available for small children. A stroller/wagon is located with the beach chairs/umbrella in the garage. There is a powder room off the living room.

Relax in the living room on one of the leather sofas while you watch the 70” Samsung Smart TV. The dining room has seating for 6, and there are 2 high chairs available for the children. There are 5 bar stools in the kitchen for additional seating. There’s also a dining table in the front patio with seating for 6 for enjoying Al fresco dining.
The kitchen is furnished with new Kitchen Aid appliances including a gas cooktop, electric double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave/air fryer. There is a large kitchen island with prep sink and additional seating. Also included is coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all kitchen basics. There’s a Weber gas grill in the backyard if you prefer outdoor cooking.
Enjoy the open floor plan connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was communicative, kind and informative. The house was perfect for our visit with easy access to the beach within a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

I travel with my family to California about once per year. This is definitely our favorite rental property ever. Clearly the house had been remodeled recently and they did a great job! The house was beautiful and spacious, clean and very well stocked. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

We arrived early from East Coast to visit family in Long Beach/ LA and the owner kindly offered early check-in. In fact, the owners were endlessly helpful and responsive-even to the point of researching where the blankets we enjoyed on the comfortable beds were purchased! Quiet street, and freshly-remodeled home with room for our 3 adult children plus us in the master suite. We enjoyed the short walk to some very good restaurants but also hosted a low-key dinner/game night for additional friends in the area. Whole Foods market and other upscale shopping just a 5 minute drive (or a very breezy 12 minute walk) over the marina. The house is not extravagant...but it is immaculate and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable. The most enormous TV I have ever enjoyed using! The house is completely equipped--even beach towels! We used the grill and soaked up the sun on both the back and front patios. In the evenings, we walked around the canal and admired the other beautiful homes. It was a super easy drive to a day in Laguna Beach. I highly recommend this listing and we would certainly choose this location again for ease of access to Long Beach and other areas.
