About this cabin rental
Dovecote at the Lake is a Craftsman-style cabin on the shores of Lake Arrowhead with lake views from nearly every room. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 decks, two fireplaces, a game and wine room, and direct access to the lake trail, it sleeps 8 comfortably for a family getaway or a trip with friends.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Bedroom 1 (primary suite): king bed, private lake-view deck, walk-in closet and ensuite bath
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, private lake-view deck and a workspace
- Bedroom 3: queen bed plus 2 trundle beds, great for kids
- Bedroom 4: king bed
HIGHLIGHTS
- Main deck with BBQ, dining for 8 and comfortable seating to soak in the views
- Cozy fireplaces in both living spaces
- Lower-level game and wine room with fireplace, card table and another view-filled deck
- Direct access to the lake trail for morning walks

LAKE ACCESS
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, and this home includes Arrowhead Lake Association access to the lake, beaches and shoreline trails. Each adult signs a short ALA waiver before arrival; we send everything you need after you book.
GETTING THERE
Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay Village are each about 12 minutes away, SkyPark at Santa's Village about 14 minutes and Snow Valley about 32 minutes. A 4WD vehicle is required in winter. The driveway fits 2 vehicles, and street parking is not permitted by county code.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin and would absolutely come back. The place was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping everything well-maintained and welcoming.The cabin itself is cozy and comfortable, with a great layout and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. We especially loved the lake view—it was beautiful and made for some really peaceful mornings and evenings.The host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish, with clear communication and helpful information that made our stay smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway.

We stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday and just unwind a bit. The views of the lake are spectacular... truly worth every penny. The house is very comfortable and one night my husband and I actually played an old board game from our childhood that was available at the house. Laughter and sweet memories over a glass of Grand Marnier... priceless!You will enjoy this lovely home... it's great for a family. And the pass to the private dock and walking paths was wonderful. We had a fun afternoon in the town but spent most of our time at this gem of a property.Thank you to our hosts for a very lovely stay!Cathy and Matt

The view is spectacular, the craftsman house had more than enough room for the whole family, location is close to all the Lake Arrowhead spots & we loved the multiple decks allowing us to sit in the shade or sun. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.
