This 2-room ground-floor apartment, measuring 28 square meters, is the ideal vacation rental for 2 people. The combined living, kitchen, and dining area is equipped with every comfort you could wish for on vacation: a cozy lounge area with a couch and TV, as well as a kitchenette featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing not only quick snacks but also the finest culinary delights. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm / full-length mattress).


So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive—we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. The bathroom features a sink, shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.


Your private northwest-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair and barbecue facilities, offers the perfect spot to relax.


A parking space right next to the house and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge during your stay.


Upon booking, you’ll receive your personal UsedomCard (visitor’s card) about one week before arrival.
You can use it immediately to ride the Usedomer Bäderbahn for free across the entire island.
