This stylishly furnished duplex apartment accommodates up to two guests on the first floor, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a dining area for two.


The bathroom, also located on the first floor, is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. An open staircase leads to the living room, which, with its sofa and flat-screen TV, is an ideal place for a cozy time together. A second dining area on the upper floor rounds out the vacation amenities. The bedroom, which opens off the living area, invites you to dream with a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm / separate mattresses) and a closet for storing your belongings.


So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive—we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones, and laid out a bath towel and a small hand towel.


The upper floor also features a covered loggia that offers a fantastic view and is the perfect spot to relax. A parking space and free Wi-Fi access are, of course, available to our guests. A laundromat is located just a few meters from the property.


When you book, you’ll receive your personal UsedomCard (visitor’s card) about a week before arrival.
You can use it right away to ride the Usedomer Bäderbahn for free all over the island.
