in my 29 years of visiting OC this is the best property I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the sheets to the towels to the decor...all top notch. I loved every minute of it and will recommend it to all my friends

Vrbo system and computer site difficult to deal with.Was told by owner kitchen will be upgraded, hope they do utensils and cooking pans. The owners were very nice too.

The property is very nice and is in an excellent location with both ocean views for sunrises and bay views for sun sets all from your own balcony.
