We've stayed in many VRBO for less and for this price, we expected more. BUT I guess you're paying for location, location. Easy walk to the beach & trolley stop. Very clean, did not see any bugs inside except mosquitoes around the pool area. There may have been a change in management co. because the original contact was not very professional and the contact number for them was out of service once we checked in. However, texting Host resulted in a concerned individual willing to jump through hoops for us, thus why we are assuming a change in mgmt co. We had some issues with the pool/hot tub, mosquitoes & flies (possibly from trash left from previous tenants.) See attached pictures. That said, we would not stay here again.

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with 3 families. There was 10 of us. Plenty of room, the best location and a great backyard. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next year!!

We enjoyed our stay! We had little ones that needed a nap. Some family could stay at the beach and others could use the pool. We all were able to come home with no laundry! They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The home was close to the pier and lots to do!

The house was in great condition, as always. Lots of great space and an unbeatable location. Easy walk about 50yds, with small grandkids, to the beautiful sandy beach. The pool area is great for relaxing and letting the little ones enjoy a break from the sun and beach. We are so glad we can share this little bit of paradise with our kids and grandkids each year.
