El departamento es nuevo, muy cómodo, muy lindo, esta en un primer piso por escalera, las cocheras son al aire libre pero amplias, el portón de salida es con llave automático.
El termotanque en de 55 litros y si se usa un poco de más el agua al bañarse comienza a salir fría. Tiene un desayunador un poco angosto que para una pareja esta bien pero no tiene mesa y sillas para cenar o almorzar. Hay tres banquetas.

La verdad todo! Excelente depto , cochera privada, un barrio hermoso, y la gente que nos contactó espectacular. Si andan por Olavarria , no duden en pasar! Seguramente volveré

La ubicacion
Falta de ropa de abrigo para cama, agua caliente muy excasa se baña un huesped y los otros tienen que esperar que se caliente el agua termotanque muy pequeño.
