El departamento es nuevo.
La televisión no cuenta con canales de televisión . Solo tiene conexión vía streaming para lo cual hay que tener usuario. Aún como invitado la conexión se corta luego de unos minutos. Asimismo hubo problemas con el sanitario y calefactor, a pesar de lo cual fueron resueltos luego del aviso de los desperfectos.

Instalación nueva y bastante completo, buena comodidad y tranquilidad. Varios negocios cercas.
Lo unico a mejorar es la claridad que entra por las ventanas , ya que faltaban cortinas. Y el centro un poquito lejos.
