24 Atlantic Place by Stay with Bear

Pros: Excellent location in Ocean Park--1 block from the beach, close to great restaurants and to points of interest like Condado and Old San Juan. Reserved parking spot on site. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, with clear instructions. The house was spacious, very clean and organized, and well-stocked. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were comfortable. The air conditioning units worked like a charm. We did not need it, but there house seems to have a power generator (which should come in handy with the frequent blackouts in PR).

Cons: Due to its centric location, it can be noisy. The water pressure decreases if both showers are in use simultaneously (and the water in the guest bathroom doesn't heat up when this happens). I would suggest to add a blind to the main entrance's door (for added privacy), as one could potentially look inside the house from outside despite the gate. A small Bluetooth speaker would be a nice addition too. :)

Super convenient access to the beach, so many places to eat and shop around the area.

We were traveling with a big group and struggled with only 2 bathrooms/showers to get ready but we made it work!

Very noisy at the early am
