This rental had all the amenities to provide a comfortable home base for all our Colorado activities. Having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms helped make it feel like home. The added benefits of the fire pit and hot tub provided additional opportunities for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. Our host was also super responsive to our questions.
The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom could be improved. Other than that, this place met all our needs for this trip.

Big spacious house, nice backyard and parking.

The property was equipped with everything that you would need . The owner was great at communicating.
The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was terrible. We had to wash everything that had been in the house after we left because the smell had gotten into everything.
