The apartment was very clean, it has all we needed. Good location, 2 minute walk to the bus stop which took us into the center of Lodz. The apartment was a 20 minute walk to the main train station. Parking was a plus.
The only issue would be if you are not used to the noise from traffic. It didn't bother us though.

Lokalizacja świetna, szczególnie planując wypady w różne okoliczne lokalizacje (Mandoria, zoo, Fala, Piotrkowska), czysto w obiekcie, miejsce Parkingowe na wielki plus (chociaż ciasne ale.... w cenie i bezpieczne)
Przy upałach w środku gorąco (brak klimy), ruchliwa ulica 2 m od okien i trochę hałasowalo ale można było wytrzymać przy zamkniętych oknach.
