Lumina I Comfy Loft with Parking I View of the Lake

The location was great. Cafes and restaurants close by. Mini supermarket close. Beautiful restored mills.Public transport to other areas for Lodz not great . but we used Uber and walked lots. Apartment was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there - but there were a couple of issues that could make the stay better

Apartment is tired and needs some repairs. The curtains are hanging down and have holes in them. There is a blind missing from one of the windows and one of the blinds doesnt work. It would benefit from more lighting in the lounge area. The wifi is very slow. The bed head is damaged and scratched and looks dirty. The bedding is old. The kitchen cupboards are dirty. There were no dishclothes or tea towels. It would be great to have a coffee machine. We ended up buying a french press so we could have coffee in a morning. There is an open vent in the bedroom - so when another apartment turns on the ventilation - this apartment is filled with someones cooking smells - and the noise carries. Although we requested a quiet place - the noise from other apartments carried on until 1am some mornings - with the awful smell of fried food!!! The curtains in the bedroom are hanging down The bathroom is dreadful. The sink is of no use. Cant wash properly or brush your teeth without water going everywhere. The towels were old and full of holes - we bought our own after the first day. The shower curtain is dirty and smells dreadful. The water from the shower goes everywhere if you dont use the shower curtain. The toilet flush splashes the bathroom floor. The floor in the hall is water damaged and dangerous for bare feet. It could be a really nice place - but needs some care and attention. We did enjoy our stay - but felt we needed to say something about the things that were not right

Piękny widok z okna. Blisko księży młyn, muzeum kinematografii, park źródliska, pałac herbsta. Szeroki wjazd/wyjazd na parking podziemny. Komfortowe miejsce parkingowe, bez problemu dało się zaparkować dużym autem. Były kapsułki do zmywarki i kapsułka do prania.

Bardzo zadbane i czyste osiedle, parking podziemny w cenie, winda w budynku, widok, spokój, blisko do restauracji czy sklepów. Czytelna instrukcja, mieszkanie przestronne.

Jedna pościel przygotowana przy rezerwacji dla 4 osób (2 dorosłych + 6 i 2 latka). Zaznaczono podczas rezerwacji prośbę o łóżeczko, którego nie było na miejscu. Po opłaceniu okazuje się dodatkowo płatne za każdy dzień. Kanapa po rozłożeniu niestety również brudna po poprzednich wynajmujących.

Lokalizacja święta, osiedle mega klimatyczne, miejsce postojowe blisko windy to mega duzy plus.

Brak śmietnika w toalecie, mieszkanie niezbyt czyste, pod sofą w dużym pokoju były śmieci,I resztki jedzenia. Sypialnia bez okna. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu. Mega brudne i śmierdząca zasłony na oknach. Łóżko w sypialni, w stanie dramatycznym, obskrobane, piszące za każdy obrotem. Sofa w salonie z funkcją spania była tak brudna że aż było smutno się na niej kłaść. Ogólnie oceniam czystość mega nisko a szkoda bo lokalizacja mega przyjemna. I niestety na sam koniec chciałabym napisać coś pozytywnego ale nie mogę. Internet mega slaby, telewizja non stop się wylogowywala, tak jakby na tym haśle ktoś się inny logował. Ciężko było pracować zdalnie na takim łączu. Na dłużysz pobyt raczej nie polecam
