Disappointing even if the location was perfect.

Location. Bed I was using was made and clean enough.

Kitchen utensils (crow bar in Kitchen and lack of utensils), previous guest’s rooms just left used along with the bathrooms, no prior information that breakfast was not an option actually quite the opposite it was offered the day before, also misleading pictures on booking.com… just be aware

Wonderful hosts and a great location

We had a great night here, Natascha and team made us feel very welcome. The room was perfect and very clean, and we had a great night sleep in a very comfy bed. They were excellent hosts, and the coffee and breakfast were of exceptional Swiss quality! I will stay here again the next time I visit Lenzerheide.

Deceptie

We konden het hotel niet vinden, alleen de postcode van het dorp was bekend.

De accomodatie was niet te vinden. Bij andere hotels in het dorp gevraagd en meerdere keren het telefoonnummer gedraaid maar kreeg geen gehoor en ik werd ook niet teruggebeld. Ik heb in een ander hotel moeten overnachten.

Die Küche war überhaupt nicht gut ausgestattet und die Unterkunft war dreckig. Außerdem gab es kein wlan und die Vermieter waren schlecht zu erreichen

Arnaque

Rien

Comme souvent en Suisse, une vraie arnaque. On paye super cher et finalement c’est nul. Mais là c’était le comble : j’arrive avec un enfant, dehors il fait super froid, l’hôtel est abandonné. J’appelle Booking, je paye l’appelle une fortune car je suis en Suisse, et ils me disent que effectivement c’est une arnaque et que je dois prendre un autre hôtel. Le seul dans les parages c’est un hôtel à 200 euros la nuit. Bref, une nuit de quelques heures en Suisse m’a couté 400 euros.

Klasse Unterkunft für Zwischenstop

sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend - es war alles vorhanden wie gewünscht. Wir haben sogar als Ehepaar ein Doppelbett bekommen (obwohl Stockbett gebucht). Das war sehr zuvorkommend und lieb.

Dass das Haus bei entsprechendem Volksentscheid vielleicht bald einem großen Hotel weichen muss - schade..., deshalb unbedingt jetzt noch hingehen ;-)

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit großartigem Essen, herzlichem Service und ideal für unsere Velo-Durchreise.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Abendessen war fantastisch, mit viel Liebe zubereitet, und auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Wir waren mit dem Rennvelo auf der Durchreise und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können – gemütlich, unkompliziert und perfekt gelegen.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden – alles war top!

Sehr unangenehme Erfahrungen

Nichts, ich hab mir dann teuer ein Hotelzimmer woanders gebucht, weil ich dort nicht übernachten wollte.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht frei, bei den anderen Zimmern fehlten die Schlüssel, das Personal wusste nicht, ob die anderen Zimmern vergeben sind oder nicht. Das Personal machte einen sehr verwirrten Eindruck, hatte Wahnvorstellungen während des Gesprächs, musste sich während des Gesprächs/der Suche nach den Schlüsseln hinlegen. Das hat sie dann in ihrem Bett getan, was, wie das ihrer Eltern im Wohnzimmer der Ferienwohnung hinter Trennwänden stand. Ich habe dann in einem Hotel übernachten und bis jetzt nicht wie vereinbart das Geld zurück bekommen.
