We had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly communicative and accommodating host! Our toddler was a bit too energetic and hyper for the shared layout, so the host kindly worked with us nicely to cancell the booking with no cost, so we book another property. Highly recommend for their amazing customer care and understanding.

Nothing was bad honestly

The owner was friendly, very courteous and went out of his way to do anything to make you feel comfortable. You are free to use all the amenities and he is very affable. In a short distance from the Station,if you’re using public transport.

There was nothing which I found to dislike.

Excellent location. Breakfast was not included in the booking and none was expected. The place was very quiet and clean. Staff attitude was exceptional.

No food not even tea or coffee in the room the room was clean and bright

no tea or coffee making in the room I was told I could use the kitchen down stairs but 4 in the morning I don't like to go down the stairs after getting dressed just to make a cuppa this is Afterall a private house also I was led to believe there was parking on site non was available Swan Lane is a though lane/road and the traffic noise was apparent all the time the window would not close properly There was no glass in the bathroom the tv was small and I could not see it properly from the bed and limited channels
