Instructions for the key and the support of the security on the property were absolutely spot on. Very supportive staff and clear instructions. Location is perfect, appartment is lovely with a gr8 view on the beach. Appartment is very cosy

If you can add more garbage bags and tissues. Also the drains need to be cleaned as the water takes alot of time to go especially master bedroom. The cleaning team needs to be instructed to be more quiet in the corridors they are loud and extremly noisey , banging doors , pushing furniture and speaking to each other very very loudly.

Sehr gute Lage aus dem 32. Stock. Beide Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Badezimmern/WCs und noch ein zusätzliches Gäste WC. Anliegender Beach Club mit inklusive Liegen und Strandtüchern ab 10 Uhr 😃! Auf unseren Wunsch haben wir noch zusätzliche Strandbadetücher erhalten. Service unglaublich schnell, bei unserer Ankunft war das Zweiersofa defekt, ich wollte es nur sofort melden damit man uns nicht eine Belastung macht. Zu unserer grossen Überraschung hat der Gastgeber umgehend eine komplett neue Balkongarnitur gekauft und ausgetauscht!! Sowas gibt es wohl nur in Dubai 🤷‍♂️. Wir haben mit den Gedanken gespielt unsere Nespressokapselmaschine mitzunehmen, da wir in den Gästebewertngen gelesen haben das es keine gibt. Wir haben diese jedoch aus Platzgründen nicht mitgenommen. Zum Glück, denn ob Ihr es glaubt oder nicht, bei unserer Ankunft stand eine Nespressokapselmaschine in der Küche 🙈. Der Gastgeber Elegant Escapes hatte da wohl wieder einmal seine Finger im Spiel… Man wird als Gast wertgeschätzt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, ein rundherum perfektes Apartment. Es bleibt uns nichts anderes übrig als die bestmögliche Bewertung abzugeben.

This is my first experience to say on beach front apartment which was amazing. building is on beach front, apartment was very clean and stylish. brand new building, beach is amazing, they have co beach club, one of the best beach club i ever been. building is middle of jbr walk. all restaurants, bars, shops, on steps away. its surrounded by five star hotels. staffs and host are really nice. really enjoyed the stay cant wait to stay again.

La proximité / le secteur / nous avons eu la possibilité d’un check in plus tôt.

Pas de liquide vaisselles ni d’éponge, vous devez prévoir vous même d’aller acheter ce qui est quand même le minimum. Pas de café / pas de thé non plus. Pour avoir fait d’autres appartements dans la résidence j’ai trouvé que c’était moins bien. La décoration est très chargé, ce n’est pas reposant.
