This hotel was perfect and had everything we needed! It’s a bit further out from the city centre which was nice as it was a lovely quiet break but still close enough to enjoy the city centre. Staff were also so friendly and kind!

This budget hotel has clearly undergone some thoughtful renovations. The bed was genuinely comfortable, with soft pillows and clean, well-laundered bedding. Bathrooms are nicely tiled, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped (no washer, though). Occasional pests can appear, as is common in this climate — a minor issue that more frequent pest control and slightly higher cleaning standards would easily fix. The location is cafe- and coffee-shop-heavy, with a bit of a bohemian feel, though not much in the way of shopping. It wasn't a deciding factor for us either way, so it really comes down to what each traveler is looking for. What stood out most was the staff. Phuong, the manager, is excellent — she takes ownership when things go wrong rather than placing blame on her team, stays calm under pressure, and is genuinely solutions-oriented. Hoa at the front desk was consistently professional, warm, and attentive. I'd recommend this hotel, with one caveat: it's not spotless up close — surfaces look clean, but corners and crevices show some lingering soiling. If that level of detail doesn't bother you, everything else here makes for a comfortable, affordable stay with excellent service!
