Location was absolutely perfect! All important sights, restaurants, transport options etc within 15 minutes max. So a perfect base for your stay on the lively Pest side. The lanes and streets around the property are choc-a-bloc with good options for food and drinks. The apartment itself is well lit and cheerful. Everything was clean and functional. With two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a spacious living space and an equipped kitchen it was more than sufficient for our party of 4. But what made everything even easier was the responsiveness of the team! Always ready with answers, prompt and without any delay. Very clear instructions and videos sent to show us how to operate the lockbox and enter the apartment complex. And when despite all this we still fumbled around at the entrance 😅, there was a person from their team promptly available to assist! I’d pick the place again in a heartbeat!

Amazing location, great communication, superior design and interior. Property owners were always checking in with us and we felt taken care of - they even have an emergency number you can call any time. Super comfortable bed (the one near the entrance). No outside noise, air conditioning really great. I could live there!

Maybe just the balcony was small and air conditioning stood there. Also the other bedroom had curtains that are see through thats why we slept in another room.

המזרן באחד החדרים לא היה נוח.

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit waren top (mal abgesehen von einem wohl älteren Wasserschaden im Bad und runtergerieseltem Putz). Haben uns darin wohlgefühlt.

Die Anleitung, wie man in die Wohnung kommt, war falsch. Es wurde vermittelt, dass man mit einem Code die Haustür aufsperren könne. Dem war nicht so. Die für einen solchen Fall angegebene Telefonnummer hatte eine vietnamesische Vorwahl. Dort erreichten wir eine sehr schlecht englisch sprechende Frau, die beim ersten und zweiten Anruf versprach, dass jemand in 10 Minuten vorbeikäme. Nachdem wir mehr als eine halbe Stunde warteten und erneut versuchten anzurufen, nahm sie nicht mehr ab. Stattdessen erhielt ich eine WhatsApp Nachricht mit dem Vorwurf, dass wir später anreisten als angekündigt. Jemand hätte auf uns gewartet, bei der Anweisung zum self check-in etwas irritierend. Wir haben uns dann ins Haus reingeschlichen als jemand es verlassen hat und sind dann so an den eigentlichen Schlüsselsafe gekommen (wo der Transponder für die Haustür lag). Der Vermieter bat mich um eine positive Bewertung. Die mache ich mit der großen Einschränkung, dass Kommunikation und Anleitung unterirdisch sind.
